![]() My most recent project, converting my G22 into a custom G24, does use a custom Lone Wolf 6" slide w/o the slide cutout and Lone Wolf G24 barrel (with Lone Wolf's free opening up of the tight match chamber a bit). My G20/21L, while not assembled with a Lone Wolf slide or barrel, has been reliable for thousands of rounds so I have faith in it. you could assemble your LW parts and then test your Glock's reliability and see if it still measures up. So, if you buy a glock and put a bunch of crap on it, is it still a glock? not one i'd stake my life on. Glock didn't get the reputation it has for accuracy and reliability in all conditions by dinking around with aftermarket parts. Because guns aren't Legos, and just because it looks like a Glock doesn't mean it has the proven reliability and durability of an original factory built Glock.Įxactly––this is what i don't understand––folks' ingrained desire to tinker with things and think an aftermarket part is better. ![]()
